Mother's Day and shopping go hand in hand. Heck, if you can go out and spend time with mom and do something fun for her it is even better. A fun-filled day is just what mom ordered. It is just what she wants.

Mom deserves the world on her day, so give it to her!

Every year it comes and goes. Mother's Day. Now if you are like most moms and are asked this question about Mother's Day you may not want the family to make a fuss. I never really did.

Here we are in spring. The weather is getting nicer. I am so ready. When we get a couple of really nice days out it seems we get spring fever. We want to move along as soon as we can.

My daughter was in town over the weekend. Since it was Father's Day we got to talking about our Mother's Day versus Father's Day plans every year. That moved us on to Wonderland since we always knew we would spend Mother's Day at Wonderland Park.

If momma ain't happy, ain't nobody happy.

There are few things in life more satisfying than finding a way to make your life less stressful, less messy or less difficult. I've put together a lovely little list of items that will make your life as a mom (or dad!) easier.

We are inching closer to the month of May and in 2021 I will say our weather has had it all already. We have had rain, snow, wind, sunshine, and tornados. We have even had an earthquake in the area. Just another day in the Texas Panhandle.

We are less than a month away from Mother's Day. Of course this is the warning to make sure you remember to do something nice for your mom. If she is anything like me she sure doesn't expect anything expensive from her kids.

I love to cook when I have the time. That is usually my plans on the weekend. Cook food to eat the next week.
