I think this is pretty exciting news, and I can't wait to take part in my first ever Color Run!  It's making it way to Amarillo, TX for the first time ever on June 15th, 2013!  Are you as excited as me?  Maybe you don't know what the Color Run is?  Well lemme tell ya, it's something that you don't wanna miss!  And it's for a good cause as it benefits the American Heart Association!

Update on the school shooting in Houston,TX at Lone Star College.  Huffington Post reports that 2 people were shot this afternoon near the campus public library after an altercation between 2 students took place.

Crazy news here!  An explosion at an RV park just outside of Shamrock, TX led to an evacuation, and APD Bomb Squad paying a visit to the park!

A&E's hit reality show, Hoarders, showed us just how close to home people with this serious problem are.  Hoarders latest episode featured Jan of Canyon, TX, who hadn't taken the trash out since 2006 and was facing eviction from her home.
