There was a three train collision outside Amarillo near the Highland Park school this morning. The wreck occurred around 5am. Hazardous materials crews were deployed even though the materials did not spill.

What's going on with people thinking they can beat a train while crossing the tracks in their car!

I can't believe this guy survived this wreck after hitting car going 70 mph on his motorcycle! This was all captured on video with his GoPro cam that was strapped to his bike helmet. This is a reminder to be cautious to share the road with motorcyclist...

Thursday (yesterday) afternoon, a good portion of I-27 north bound was at a stand still due to a motorcycle VS motor vehicle accident.  Daniel L Baus, a 33 year old man out of St Charles, IL, was driving his 2005 Suzuki 1200 Bandit motorcycle when he lost control and struck a Chevy S-10 Blazer, he was then transported to an Amarillo hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Wow!  Usually, when you drive a car into a train, you become one with the car.  Meaning, you and the car get crushed together into 1 single crunched up bio/metal ball of aftermath.  Well, that wasn't the case for an Amarillo man who drove his car into a moving train on Sunday evening.
